Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients across various commercial channels.
  • Present services and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through to closing.
  • Perform consistent follow-up and keep CRM data fully updated.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure proper implementation of commercial agreements.

Technical Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to identify and strategically contact potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, ensuring profitable and long-lasting business relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, including stages, metrics, and closing forecasts.
  • Experience using automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze commercial data, interpret conversion metrics, and optimize strategies.
  • Clear voice, strong diction, and active listening.
  • Ability to persuade, manage objections, and stay focused on results.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and resilient when facing rejection
