🎯 The Mission

You will be part of a hands-on commercial transformation process, supporting and learning directly from experienced leaders while:

• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and reality
• Supporting prospecting efforts and identifying new opportunities
• Learning how to present, negotiate, and manage objections
• Contributing ideas to improve commercial processes and customer experience
• Supporting the development of digital and field sales channels
• Becoming, over time, a key contributor to the company’s growth

🔍 Who You Are

We are looking for potential, attitude, and hunger, not years of experience:

• Degree in Commercial Engineering or related field (recent graduate or early career)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a commercial role
• Proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge ideas
• Comfortable interacting with clients and stepping out of your comfort zone
• High level of commitment, responsibility, and work ethic
• A mindset of “I’ll figure it out” instead of “it can’t be done”
