Position Overview
We are hiring a bilingual Executive Kitchen Lead to oversee food service operations for a private client in a high-security residential setting. This role is responsible for menu development, food preparation, inventory control, and ensuring top-tier kitchen sanitation and service quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a culinary professional with a strong background in managing premium meal programs and delivering consistently high standards in both taste and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute weekly meal plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Oversee all food purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
• Maintain full sanitation control of the kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure compliance with HACCP or equivalent food safety standards
• Monitor and uphold meal quality, presentation, and consistency
• Serve as the point of contact for client preferences and feedback
• Supervise any supporting culinary staff as needed
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing food service operations in a premium or high-volume kitchen
• Proven ability in menu creation, food production, and inventory handling
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols and documentation
• Highly organized, independent, and adaptable
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified in ServSafe or equivalent
• Experience in private service, catering, or luxury hospitality environments
• Familiarity with American-style meals and expectations
Contract Details
• 1-Year Full-Time Contract starting February 2026
• Monday–Friday schedule, occasional event flexibility
• Performance-based extension up to 4 years
