Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales through effective merchandise management and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar roles is preferred.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• A set weekly availability including a mix of mornings and nights.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance.
• Clear spoken English for communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day.
• May require climbing ladders and stocking merchandise.
• Must regularly lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs.
• Work environment is moderately noisy.
