Overview

Join our expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models. No prior AI experience is necessary. You'll get your foot in the door with a leading player in the AI/LLM space. We’re primarily seeking JavaScript/React developers with 3+ years of experience to help train large AI language models, enhancing generative AI models' frontend coding capabilities. We currently have over 200 roles open!

What Will I Be Doing?

• Evaluating the quality of AI-generated code with detailed reasoning.
• Building and evaluating React components, hooks, and modern JavaScript solutions.
• Solving coding problems and crafting functional JavaScript/React code.
• Creating robust test cases to ensure code efficiency.
• Developing instructional materials and reviewing code before model integration.
• Engaging in a variety of projects from evaluating code snippets to mobile app development.

Pay Rates

Compensation ranges from $30/hr to $50+/hr. Expect a minimum of 15 hours per week with no upper limit; work as much as you wish, with weekly payments per hour.

Contract Length

This is a long-term contract with no end date, expected to last 2 years. You can end the contract anytime, but we encourage a 12-month commitment.

Flexible Schedules

Developers can set their own working hours, ideally aiming for 40 hours per week. Strong performers can adapt to project urgencies. Enjoy flexibility in schedules without hour tracking; payment is based on time spent on coding exercises.

Interview Process

• Apply using this Ashby form.
• Complete an async RLHF code review if you're a good fit.
• Receive credentials to the RLHF platform and join regular onboarding calls.
• Complete a simulated production-level task to determine project assignment.

Tech Stack Priorities

The priority is frontend engineers proficient in JavaScript, React, and modern web frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/React.
• Fluency in English, able to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and writing consistency.

Nice To Haves:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science.
• Experience with modern frameworks (Next.js, Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API).
• Experience with TypeScript and modern tooling.
