About the Role

As an IT Supporter at Ultrabulk, you will be the essential support for colleagues in our Santiago office while also assisting remote teams globally. You will be part of a small yet dedicated IT team, providing impactful assistance across various IT issues.

Your Responsibilities

Your main goal is to ensure smooth daily IT operations while actively contributing to our IT strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-level user support for desktops, applications, and connectivity.
• Installing physical IT equipment like laptops, mobile devices, and screens.
• Leading cyber security training sessions.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding of colleagues.
• Maintaining Azure user and security groups.
• Procuring end-user devices.

Candidate Profile

We seek an enthusiastic, service-oriented team player with:

• A relevant IT education.
• 0–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to support users both on-site and remotely.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.
• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong documentation skills.
