Important responsibilities in this role will include:

• Provide technical support in our premises and remotely to end users in Chile, Colombia and US, helping them to keep their laptops working with our highest level of security. •
• Administration of assets inventory.
• Setup of laptops.
• Training end users in the use of our systems.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Windows OS (7,10)
• Advanced knowledge and experience hardware configuration and maintenance
• Basic to intermediate experience with Office suite
• Knowledge of OSI model
• Intermediate/advanced English.
