Skilled in leading and coordinating international teams distributed across different countries, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Experienced in managing complex budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while applying both Agile and traditional methodologies. Adept at building strong client relationships, with proven experience traveling for on-site meetings and negotiations.
• Recognized for strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to drive projects to completion in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Lead and oversee large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
• Manage cross-functional and international teams, fostering collaboration across different countries and time zones.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to drive efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with clients, including traveling for on-site meetings, workshops, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
