🧠 About the Role

We’re Speedrack West — a fast-growing U.S. company in the material handling space.

We’re looking for a IT Manager take full ownership of our internal tech: strategy, infrastructure, integrations, automation, and security.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a small but talented IT team and shape the tech backbone that supports every part of the business.

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Define and lead our IT roadmap

✅ Manage internal systems, data flows, and integrations (HubSpot, N8N, AWS, 3CX, ERP, etc.)

✅ Oversee custom automations and infrastructure reliability

✅ Set standards for access control, backups, CI/CD, and documentation

✅ Coach and manage IT staff and developers

✅ Work directly with the CEO and leadership team

👤 Who You Are

✔ 5+ years in IT leadership, DevOps, or infrastructure roles

✔ Deep understanding of systems, databases, APIs, and architecture

✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken)

✔ Based in LATAM or able to work U.S. time zones

✔ Detail-oriented, process-driven, and calm under pressure

✔ You don’t cut corners — you build with clarity, quality, and scale in mind
