The responsibilities of the position are:

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative and secure local retail solutions that deliver specific business value and improve the commercial performance of the domain.
• Develop strategic plans with the management team regarding business needs to generate application or technology solutions.
• Drive innovation in new technologies to solve new challenges within the organization.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international and global delivery teams, product partners, and key technology suppliers and partners.
• Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams, ensuring members are aligned and focused on the right priorities, building platforms when strategically appropriate for the market domain.
• Responsible for the area's budget, ensuring all necessary resources for technology delivery and meeting team commitments within that operating budget.

Requirements for the position include:

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Technology Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Technical knowledge in Public Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Modern Coding Languages ​(a plus), and Tech Debt Management.
• Advanced English skills
