Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled iOS Mobile Developer Lead to lead our mobile development team, responsible for designing and maintaining advanced iOS applications while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of iOS applications from concept to deployment.
• Guide and mentor a team of iOS developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust mobile solutions.
• Define coding standards and development workflows, ensuring performance and quality.
• Stay updated on iOS trends and manage app releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

What You Know

• Residence in Chile and advanced English skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of iOS development experience; familiarity with Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong grasp of iOS frameworks and application design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• PUBLISHED iOS apps in the App Store.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and mobile analytics tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices for mobile apps.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
