Role Overview
We are seeking an International Healthcare Recruiter based in Chile with proven experience recruiting within the healthcare sector, specifically nursing. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates with real potential to qualify for U.S. opportunities under regulated programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage licensed nurses through professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct structured pre-screening focused on licensure, clinical experience, English level, and readiness.
- Clearly explain regulated international processes without overselling or guarantees.
- Maintain a clean and disciplined pipeline in the ATS.
- Identify red flags early and align closely with internal operations and compliance teams.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience within the healthcare sector (mandatory).
- Direct experience recruiting nurses is strongly preferred.
- Strong screening, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Spanish: Native | English: Intermediate (B1/B2).
- Ethical mindset and ability to disqualify non-viable candidates.
Base salary: First 3 months: USD 1,250 after the first 3 months: USD 1,500 per month
Performance incentive: USD 100 per month for 12 months per candidate who successfully starts working in the U.S. under H-1B1 (paid quarterly).
