Indus Management Group Overview

Indus Management Group is a property management company based in Houston, Texas, specializing in the renovation of multifamily properties. Founded in 2002, we currently manage 38 apartment complexes in the greater Houston area, focusing on Class B & C properties with approximately 11,000 units under management.

Our Mission

Our goal is to renovate under-managed properties and transform them into uplifted communities for our residents. Additionally, our Indus Cares Foundation enhances the quality of life for both residents and employees.

Job Summary

Interns support day-to-day operations across various departments, including HR, Accounting, and Marketing. This role offers hands-on experience through project work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to core business functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
• Valid state driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Principal Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects and departmental initiatives
• Assist with research, data collection, and basic analysis
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and leadership
• Participate in meetings and training sessions
• Assist with event planning
• Complete an assigned project with research and final presentation
