Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Retail Lead to drive end-to-end integration solutions within the retail domain. This role requires deep expertise in POS and RFID systems, strong integration knowledge, and proven leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration initiatives for retail systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between POS, RFID, and enterprise platforms.
• Design and implement integration solutions using tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and other middleware technologies.
• Develop and maintain API specifications and functional documentation for integration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
• Drive configuration and optimization of LSC POS and RFID applications.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for system integration, security, and scalability.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish (local language support).
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the retail domain with strong knowledge of POS and RFID applications.
• Hands-on experience with LSC POS and RFID configurations.
• Strong integration expertise with tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to write API specifications and functional documentation.
• Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating offshore teams and managing distributed delivery models.
