Job Description:

Sobre el Puesto:

Brindar soporte integral a la Gerencia de Proyectos mediante la gestión documental, el seguimiento de contratos, permisos, presupuestos y avances de proyectos.

Funciones principales

• Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación de proyectos.
• Elaborar reportes de avance, indicadores y presentaciones ejecutivas.
• Realizar seguimiento de cronogramas, compromisos y entregables.
• Supervisar vencimientos de contratos, permisos y seguros.
• Apoyar el control presupuestario mediante el seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
• Consolidar información para auditorías internas y externas.
• Coordinar información con contratistas y distintas áreas de la compañía.
• Participar en visitas a terreno para verificar avances.

Requisitos:

Título de Ingeniería Eléctrica o similar. Al menos 1 año de experiencia.
