Mission:

The mission of the Cybersecurity Instructor is to operationalize the Human-Centric Cybersecurity (HCC) program for Walmart Chile by designing, delivering and continuously improving data-driven, localized security awareness and behavioral-change initiatives. The role owns end-to-end execution, technical integrations and KPIs, leverages GenAI and automation to scale personalized learning, leads the Champions network, and ensures audit-ready governance and measurable reductions in human risk.


Your main responsibilities:

Operational ownership of HCC Chile

  • Accountable for end-to-end operationalization of the Human-Centric Cybersecurity (HCC) program in Chile. Own the HCC PowerBI tracker and the delivery of program milestones across the HCC portfolio (Targeted Awareness, Behavioral Simulation, Executive Engagement, Localization, Behavioral Metrics, Governance, Champions).


Security Training & Awareness

  • Develop and deliver engaging security training programs for employees at all levels, including technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Design and implement human risk awareness campaigns tailored to local business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Use data analytics, behavioral insights, and GenAI to create hyper-targeted (customized, adaptive) training campaigns that address individual risk profiles, learning styles, and business roles.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on feedback, emerging threats, and campaign performance metrics.


GenAI Guardrails & Automation

  • Create and maintain training modules on GenAI guardrails, ensuring staff understand and apply best practices for secure use of AI technologies.
  • Integrate security automation concepts into training programs to promote process efficiency and technical excellence.
  • Automate delivery and tracking of training campaigns, leveraging advanced tools to optimize reach and impact


Executive Cyber Program

  • Lead the development and delivery of executive cyber programs, including tabletop exercises, seminars, and awareness sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure executive engagement and alignment with organizational security objectives.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Work closely with other InfoSec partners—including GRC, Security Architecture, DevSecOps, Threat Intelligence, and Operations—to ensure training content is comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with current security practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops, lessons learned sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the development of security education methodologies and standards.


Continuous Improvement & Professional Development

  • Pursue advanced training and certifications in cybersecurity education, awareness, automation, and GenAI.
  • Maintain and update a personal development plan, reporting progress in regular reviews.


What do we expect from you?

  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity awareness leader delivering enterprise-scale human risk programs in large, distributed organizations. Proven track record running multi-project portfolios that combine content strategy, behavioral simulations (phishing/vishing/deepfake), LMS and tool integrations, and champion networks to drive measurable reductions in human risk indicators and audit-ready outcomes.
  • Deep working knowledge of cyber awareness frameworks and controls (including NIST CSF and ISO), human risk management methodologies and behavioral measurement is required. The candidate understands the operational mechanics of LMS platforms, phishing/simulation tooling and calendar/HR integrations. They possess practical knowledge of GenAI security guardrails and how to apply GenAI for content generation safely, plus experience in designing microlearning, localization strategies and champions models for distributed adoption.
  • Relevant professional degree (Engineering, IT, Security, Education, etc.).
  • Highly desirable: certifications or formal training related to GenAI/AI security, instructional design / adult learning.
