The Security team is looking for its next Infosec Automation Specialist & GenAi to make a difference in their team.

Mission:

Design and implement automation initiatives and leverage GenAI to optimize InfoSec processes, ensuring continuous monitoring, adaptability, and innovation, and supporting NIST CSF 4.0 maturity.

Your main responsibilities:

Security Automation & GenAI:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated security processes for incident response, compliance monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI technologies to enhance predictive capabilities, accelerate decision-making, and improve process efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and enable secure business operations.

Continuous Security Monitoring:

• Oversee deployment and management of adaptive, scalable monitoring solutions for critical assets and environments.
• Ensure monitoring processes align with NIST CSF 4.0 requirements and support proactive risk management.
• Report on security posture, automation performance, and AI-driven insights to leadership.

Collaboration & Technical Excellence:

• Work closely with Security Architects, DevSecOps, and other InfoSec teams to integrate automation and GenAI into secure design principles.
• Lead quarterly “Automation & GenAI Excellence” sessions to share best practices and innovative solutions.
• Maintain a personal development plan focused on advanced automation and AI certifications.

What do we expect from you?

• Extensive experience in security automation and GenAI in large organizations.
• Proven ability to design and implement adaptive security processes.
• Collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
• Security automation tools and GenAI platforms.
• Regulatory and legal requirements for automation.
• Continuous monitoring methodologies and best practices.
• Vulnerability management and incident response processes.
• Architecture patterns and secure design principles.
• Relevant professional degree (Engineering, IT, Security, etc.). Desirable certifications: GCTI, CISSP, SANS Automation, Data Science/GenAI.
• Experience with regulatory readiness and automation in Chile or similar jurisdictions is a strong plus.
• Proficient English.
