Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring seamless IT operations for a fast-paced, forward-thinking team? We’re looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to join our dynamic LATAM region, where over 200 professionals are working across environmental, engineering, and advisory services to help solve complex sustainability challenges.

This role is office-based in Santiago, Chile.

As the IT Supervisor, you’ll report to the Regional IT Manager for the Americas and play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day technical operations, leading a skilled IT support team, and helping staff across multiple locations remain connected and productive.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise Help Desk Technicians and Infrastructure Specialists
• Manage help desk operations and ensure SLAs are met
• Plan, procure, and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment
• Provide escalation support for technical issues and requests
• Set up and maintain user accounts (Office 365, Active Directory, Entra, Intune)
• Support internal training and documentation
• Collaborate on IT projects and strategic initiatives
• Assist with onboarding, performance evaluations, and team development

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities in both Windows and Mac environments
• Familiar with Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Hyper-V, and network protocols
• Hands-on experience with IT support tools and end-user training
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support and occasional weekends
