About The Role

Design, program, and deploy industrial robot cells for production, translating process requirements into automation sequences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development of robot applications from concept to commissioning, including tooling requirements.
• Maintain robot programs, I/O maps, and optimize motion paths for efficiency.
• Integrate robots with PLCs and other systems, validating interlocks and fault recovery.
• Create checklists, run acceptance tests, and document configurations.
• Troubleshoot downtime and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and support audits.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide maintainable automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in industrial robotics automation.
• Strong skills in robot programming and cell integration.
• Practical PLC integration experience.
• Experience with machine vision systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards in robotics.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ROS-based tooling and offline programming.
• Knowledge of conveyor and servo integration.
• Exposure to continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in multi-site deployments.

Work Environment

Remote, full-time role with occasional on-site coordination based on project needs.
