Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.
• Deliver outstanding repair, maintenance, and calibration services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare estimates for the cost of repair.
• Plan and document all repair and maintenance activities independently.
• Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).
• Taking responsibility for personal warehouse / stock.
• Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.
• Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines.

Your profile:

• Technical degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Physics, or a related field. Bachelor’s and/or engineering degrees are a plus.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Direct experience with analytical instruments is advantageous.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in reading electronic schematics, using test equipment, and performing tool-based repairs.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
• Occasional customer on-site visits for diagnosis and repairs.
