About this Position

The Senior Investment Officer will be crucial in managing mining and metals transactions across regions, reporting to leadership from both Delivery Units and relevant divisional directors.

Role Activities

• Originate and close equity and debt transactions in mining.
• Evaluate project risks and develop financial structures.
• Coordinate with teams across various functions for transaction success.
• Mentor junior team members and build industry networks.

What You’ll Need

• A Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in finance are required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of French or Portuguese preferred.
