Position Overview

The Compliance Officer plays a vital role in overseeing non-financial risks, including integrity and AML/CFT compliance, working closely with various business teams to enhance risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on managing operational conflicts of interest.
• Support KYC processes and AML/CFT program controls.
• Conduct integrity due diligence and ensure adherence to anti-corruption laws.
• Collaborate on nominee directorships and develop risk management policies.
• Facilitate training and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or related field; relevant compliance experience is a plus.
• 4-10 years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Proficiency in English and another official Bank language, with a preference for Spanish.
