Position Summary

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Law Enforcement Instructors/Advisors (4 Vacancies). This part-time role focuses on training host nation law enforcement on counterterrorism-related topics, alongside communication with ICITAP headquarters.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct training on counterterrorism topics with host nation law enforcement.
• Develop training materials and curricula.
• Draft training-related reports at ICITAP’s request.
• Participate in virtual meetings.
• Provide instructor support for other related trainings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a federal, state, or municipal law enforcement role.
• Fluency in Spanish for effective training delivery.
• Experience in counterterrorism and intelligence training.
• Ability to produce high-quality written assessments and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
• Eligibility for a Secret US Government Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Instructor certification from an accredited academy.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience conducting trainings in Spanish.
• Background in OCONUS operations, particularly in the Western Hemisphere.
• Familiarity with embassy operations.
