Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance within the organization. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, developing policies, managing employee onboarding and training programs, and ensuring effective communication between management and staff. The role requires proactive problem-solving, team-building, and maintaining a culture aligned with the company’s values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Head Hunting, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
• Strong skills in Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employer-Employee Communication
• Minimum 5 years experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of HR Compliance, Employment Laws, and Organizational Policies
• Experience with Training, Onboarding, and Employee Development Programs
• Exceptional Leadership, Decision-Making, and Strategic Planning Capabilities
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is desirable
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage
