Your Role

As a Human Resource Manager, your mission is to drive the development and execution of strategic human resources initiatives that cultivate a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This role leads all people-related functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and goals. You will report to the General Manager.

You Will

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures across recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Oversee core HR operations including payroll and employee documentation.
• Manage compensation strategy and labor relations.
• Supervise the HR team and comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Coordinate outsourced employee services.
• Support leadership development and champion diversity initiatives.
• Drive HR transformation projects.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic HR support.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Skills in managing budgets and personnel-related costs.
