We are currently looking for the role of Global Tech HRBP Sr Analyst, based in Chile, whose main mission will be to provide operational and tactical HR solutions to the business, collaborating closely with different areas to ensure consistency and impact in all people-related processes.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Support Talent Management processes

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment processes for Headquarters roles.
• Provide support in key talent processes such as Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Salary Reviews.
• Help monitor and track Individual Development Plans and support leader-led development conversations.
• Provide support in HR administrative processes: payroll input coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Assist in the generation and monitoring of HR indicators and reports to inform business decisions.
• Help maintain updated organizational structures and support budget tracking related to people planning.
• Provide support in turnover analysis and action planning.

Climate Management

• Support the implementation of engagement surveys and other tools to monitor employee experience.
• Assist in follow-up and tracking of action plans derived from engagement and climate results.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

Events and celebrations

• Assist in planning and executing internal events and activities that strengthen culture and engagement.

Policies & processes

• Collaborate in the implementation of corporate processes and HR policies, ensuring proper communication and alignment with local needs.
• Support the execution of the annual HQ HR roadmap in alignment with the Latam HR team.

What are we looking for in our candidates:

• 1–3 years of experience in generalist HR roles or supporting HRBP/HR functions.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace tools.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within a high-impact, purpose-driven environment.
