We are currently looking for the role of HRBP Tech Analyst - Headquarter, based in Chile, whose main mission will be to provide operational and tactical HR solutions to the business, collaborating closely with different areas to ensure consistency and impact in all people-related process

Support to Talent Management proc
- essesAssist the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment processes for Headquarters r
- oles.Provide support in key talent processes such as Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Salary Rev
- iews.Help monitor and track Individual Development Plans and support leader-led development conversat
- ions.Provide support in HR administrative processes: payroll input coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documenta
- tion.Assist in the generation and monitoring of HR indicators and reports to inform business decis
- ions.Help maintain updated organizational structures and support budget tracking related to people plan
- ning.Provide support in turnover analysis and action plan
ning.
