Lead HR partner for the Andes (Chile, Peru and Bolivia) commercial business, with responsibility for aligning business and HR strategies to maximize results across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels, as well as key support functions. Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on organization effectiveness, people strategy, and cultural evolution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
About the Job
- Lead and execute the talent planning process, ensuring the right organization, capabilities, and structures are in place to achieve business targets and milestones.
- Drive organization design and change management initiatives in line with regional and global strategies.
- Build a high-performance and growth culture through strong talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Provide coaching and counsel to leaders and managers on people decisions, organizational effectiveness, and team dynamics.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process for key roles, from workforce planning through recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Ensure a strong focus on diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Supervise the payroll process at local level, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, providing risk-balanced, business-oriented guidance partnering with Legal & Compliance.
- Serve as the local owner for Health & Safety, partnering with key stakeholders, local contractors and global teams to implement, monitor, and continuously improve Occupational Health & Safety programs.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, sense of belonging, and alignment with company values.
- Support and adapt the global D&I strategy to the Andes context, ensuring local relevance and impact.
- Work effectively within a matrix environment, collaborating with regional and global HR COEs (Comp & Ben, Talent, L&D, ER, etc.) to co-create and deploy HR solutions.
About You
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least several years as HR Business Partner to senior leaders. Overseeing performance, culture, development, and employee relations.
- BA degree required (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or related field). Postgraduate studies in HR, Labor Law, Organization Development, or related fields are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Demonstrated experience supervising payroll processes.
- Proven track record in collective bargaining and/or union negotiations, ideally in complex or multi-site environments.
- Experience in retail and consumer goods multinational organizations with matrix reporting is strongly preferred.
- Experience as local point of contact for Health & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety is strongly valued.
- Completely fluent in English, able to autonomously communicate and influence key global and regional partners
