About This Position

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and knowledgeable HR Technical Lead – SuccessFactors/SAP to support our IT People Management products. You will manage the technical aspects of People Management products, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define product vision.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Ensure technical aspects of the product are scalable and reliable.
• Own and maintain the product backlog.
• Work with development teams to ensure clarity in user stories.

What You'll Need

Education: Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
Experience: At least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
Languages: Proficiency in English required.
