HR Specialist
Main responsibility:
1. Payroll policy formulation and daily payroll operation;
2. Preparation of training plans and implementation of training activities;
3. Preparation of performance plans and implementation of performance evaluation;
4. Handle employee relations incidents;
5. Recruitment channel management and personnel recruitment;
Report line: HR manager;
Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.
Requirement:
1. Major in human resource management, Administrative management etc., and familiar with Chile labor law
2. English can be used as a working language
3. More than 3 years working experience of HR,
4. Social relations requirement: working experience in Santiago City, know the relevant labor department;
5. Other special conditions: high EQ, service awareness, high execution force.
