Overview

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Spanish-speaking countries across LATAM, particularly in Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. This part-time, 3 days a week opportunity may evolve into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and advise managers on staff management requirements such as compensation and recruitment.
• Manage local legal aspects and employee relations.
• Support the recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
• Oversee benefits administration and manage employee records on the HRIS system.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills.
• English mandatory; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus.
