Job Description

As the Chile HR Compliance Analyst, you will serve as the local manager and business advisor for inclusion, ensuring regulatory compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Your role includes administering HR programs related to onboarding, training, talent and performance management, and employee engagement, while analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to management. By integrating Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into daily operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and adapt policies as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers HR programs and solutions related to onboarding, training, talent and performance management, and employee engagement under moderate supervision.
  • Serve as the local human resources advisor and lead for all requirements associated with local regulations, including education, training, and data management to ensure compliance.
  • Analyzes complex data related to diversity and inclusion to include attrition, engagement, and other HR-related metrics and presents insights to management.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge of labor and employment law to conduct routine employee relations investigations.
  • Identifies opportunities to build relationships with other departments and managers to enable business changes.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Must be registered at https://www.chilevalora.cl/ with a valid certificate at the time of hiring.
  • Native Fluency in Spanish is required, with excellent verbal communication and written presentation skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Intermediate fluency in English is preferred, with excellent verbal communication and written presentation skills.
