Who We Are
Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce. We serve a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. How? We have three key products:
- Flexifleet: Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.
- Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing and delivery.
- Consumer Connect: AI WhatsApp Conversational Commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience.

You are a hands-on, dynamic, people-oriented, and strategic HR professional. You bring innovative and customized HR solutions to support fast-growing teams. You will be a trusted partner to tech leaders and a culture carrier within the company, combining empathy, structure, and data-driven thinking to make Zubale an even better place to work.
What You Will Do
Talent Management
- Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Design and scale an efficient hiring process to build strong talent pipelines.
- Lead onboarding experiences that align new hires with Zubale’s mission and culture.
- Drive engagement initiatives, implement surveys, analyze feedback, and lead follow-up actions.
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive and aligned with retention goals.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to inform business and HR strategies.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and maintain strict data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to scale HR initiatives within tech teams.
- Support conflict resolution, performance conversations, and career development with professionalism.
- Plan and execute internal events that promote collaboration and team bonding.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
- Design and support training programs to strengthen team capabilities.
- Partner with leaders to define career paths and identify high-potential talent.
- Proven passion for building a strong and engaging culture
- Prior experience in HR and People Operations
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Data-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities
- Ability to influence and build trust with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR functions
- Fluency in English required
