Your Role
As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping ensure their engagement.
- Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
- Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
- Support candidates before interviews with clients and help coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
- Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits.
