Location: Remote (Chile, LATAM)

We are seeking a skilled HighJump Consultant to join our supply chain technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HighJump WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related modules, with a strong background in configuring, implementing, and supporting HighJump solutions for logistics and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of HighJump WMS, including Core WMS, Adaptability Tools, and Webwise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements.
• Customize and extend HighJump solutions using the HighJump Advantage Architect or HighJump Developer Toolkit.
• Integrate HighJump with other enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), TMS, and EDI platforms.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide training and support to users and super-users on HighJump functionality.
• Develop documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and test cases.
• Participate in go-live support, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience with HighJump WMS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and .NET (for HighJump customization).
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., EDI, APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HighJump certifications or training.
• Experience with HighJump’s newer Körber WMS versions.
• Background in other supply chain systems or WMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
