Role Mission

At Ultimate Jet Vacations, technology is at the center of everything we do. We're looking for a Helpdesk Technician who will serve as the first line of technical support for our internal teams, ensuring our systems, tools, and technology operate seamlessly every day.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot issues related to various internal systems.
• Manage support tickets and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prioritize requests to ensure minimal disruption.

Systems Administration

• Support user account creation and system access.
• Assist with software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation.

Collaboration

• Work with Product and Engineering to investigate system issues.
• Create bug reports and test fixes before deployment.
