We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Health care support worker (Band 3) to join our dedicated stroke/neuro team.

You will play a vital role in supporting patients through there recovery, assisting with personal care, goal planning and clinical observations. Working closely with nurses, therapists, you will help deliver high quality patient centered care and promote independence following stroke.

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
