As Head of Uber Advertising Sales, Chile , you'll build and lead a world-class sales and account management team that drives advertising revenue across our Delivery (Grocery and Retail) and Mobility products. Your work will be central to accelerating Uber's growth and shaping the future of our Ads business in the country.
You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction, scaling operations, and implementing Uber's Chile Ads Sales strategy with a focus on rapid expansion. This includes attracting and developing diverse talent, aligning with regional and local leadership, and ensuring your team exceeds ambitious revenue and partnership goals.
You'll also serve as the face of Uber Ads in Chile - representing the business to advertisers, media agencies, and internal stakeholders, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class advertiser experience.
What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, diverse Sales and Account Management team to deliver advertising revenue across Uber Ads surfaces.
- Act as the spokesperson for Uber Advertising in Chile, both internally and externally.
- Design and execute a sales strategy that enables your team to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Partner with regional and local leadership to define business structure, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions and Regional Communications to develop scalable sales collateral, B2B marketing events, and PR plans.
- Work with Ads Platform, Product, and Engineering teams to inform local market ad inventory, pricing, and formats that meet advertiser goals across awareness, trial, and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all Uber business lines to achieve the 2026 revenue targets and long-term growth plans.
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, ideally within an Ads platform, marketplace, or mobile app business.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, preferably in digital advertising.
- Proven success building and managing multi-million-dollar advertising businesses.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience driving results in complex or fast-moving environments.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across global and local teams.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort representing the company to senior external and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in both large-scale organizations and startup-like, fast-paced settings.
- Background in media agency or CPG advertiser management.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Passion for advertising innovation and helping brands grow through data-driven storytelling.
