Accountabilities
- Design and execute a national corporate and group sales strategy aligned with ambitious revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales organization, establishing clear KPIs, accountability frameworks, and coaching pathways.
- Personally source, negotiate, and close strategic national accounts across corporate travel, relocation, extended-stay, and project-based segments.
- Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting models, pipeline management routines, and performance reporting systems that drive predictability and execution excellence.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Revenue Management, Operations, Distribution, and Marketing to maximize inventory utilization and market impact.
- Establish disciplined operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, account planning, and executive reporting, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive customer engagements to expand market presence and influence.
- 10+ years of B2B hospitality or travel-industry sales leadership experience, with deep expertise in corporate and national account management.
- Proven success building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring and expanding national corporate accounts with material revenue contribution.
- Strong experience implementing structured sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and data-driven performance management systems.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- High operational rigor, analytical mindset, and comfort leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset, strong business acumen, and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
- Competitive total compensation ranging from $190,000 to $260,000, including base salary, performance incentives, and potential equity participation.
