We're hiring a Head of Growth at dME

dME is a cybersecurity and compliance suite built over an enterprise browser—designed to protect how businesses access apps, data, and networks. We're used by companies across LATAM and Europe, and now we're ready to scale globally.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth who thinks in systems, moves fast, and cares about measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for building and leading our growth engine—from user acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization.

What you'll do:

• Own growth strategy across the full funnel
• Build acquisition loops, not just paid campaigns
• Design and run experiments to validate levers
• Work closely with product, marketing, and sales
• Bring clarity through data and action through velocity

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in growth at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience building scalable growth systems from scratch
• Deep understanding of activation, CAC:LTV, retention
• Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute

This is a hands-on leadership role at the ground floor of a globally scalable company.
