PROFILE OBJECTIVE

The Head of Collection is responsible for leading, optimizing and overseeing the company’s end-to-end collections operations. This role ensures the effectiveness of collection strategies, supports the development of new credit products, and guarantees a high-performance environment across all collection channels and the call center operation. The position plays a key role in securing expected cash flow results, maintaining strong KPI performance, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

The Collection Manager will design and document operational processes, monitor performance metrics, manage external collection partners, and provide continuous improvement initiatives to maximize recovery rates while safeguarding customer experience and operational integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and document collection, sales and customer service processes.
• Verify the performance of current credit products by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovating new products.
• Monitor, evaluate, optimize collection channels for our customers.
• Follow up the flow of collections according to the expected projections (Cash Flow).
• Maintain an adequate level of results in the Operations and Collections KPIs.
• Ensure the good daily development of the Call Center Operation.
• Evaluate and attend the requests of the regular entities.
• Control and support the management of the external collection agency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional in administrative, financial or accounting careers.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a leader in the areas of collections, customer service or operations in the financial or real sector.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and office.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Financial and risk analysis.
