With several years of proven success in international markets, the company is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Accounting and Reporting to join its team.

We are looking for a Head of Accounting who will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial control, delivering strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at the highest level.

This position is for a leading group of companies dedicated to exporting cherries and plums to China, one of the most competitive and fast-growing industries in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the accounting and financial reporting of multiple companies within the group.

• Analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

• Prepare and present detailed reports to management and international stakeholders.

• Oversee monthly account reconciliations and identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage ERP operations (Softland) and ensure efficient financial processes.

• Be directly responsible for accounting and HR operations in two smaller entities.

• Partner with the CFO to provide strategic financial analysis and forecasts.

Requisitos:
What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent (CPA).

• At least 10 years of experience in similar senior accounting roles.

• Strong expertise in Chilean accounting regulations and tax matters.

• Advanced Excel and ERP Softland experience.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration mindset.

• English proficiency (spoken and written) for financial reporting.

• IFRS certification is a plus.
