Join Glencore Copper as a GRC Product Owner & Project Manager to spearhead the MetricStream implementation. This crucial role ensures effective risk management and audit solutions across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

As Product Owner:

• Platform vision and strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for the MetricStream GRC platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with various teams to prioritize features and gather requirements.
• Data governance: Implement robust processes to maintain data quality and accuracy.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.
• Business process integration: Streamline Risk, Audit, and HSEC processes.
• Reporting: Ensure reporting capabilities are met through PowerBI and other platforms.

As Project Manager:

• Implementation leadership: Guide planning and execution of platform enhancements.
• Cross-functional coordination: Manage complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Vendor management: Liaise with MetricStream suppliers and internal resources.
• Risk and quality assurance: Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Performance monitoring: Establish KPIs to track project effectiveness.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with 10+ years in risk management and systems implementation. Excellent project management, knowledge of MetricStream, and strong communication skills are essential.
