Ebrands Motion is a multi-brand e-commerce company building and scaling consumer brands in wellness, beverages, and lifestyle, including OniRest and DrinkMaw.
We’re looking for a Graphic / Digital Designer who understands that design is about performance, clarity, and conversion, not just aesthetics. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across emails, ads, landing pages, and short-form videos in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do:
- Design visual assets for email marketing (flows and campaigns)
- Create conversion-focused landing pages and product page improvements
- Produce static and video ad creatives for Meta and TikTok
- Edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and GIFs
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and iteration
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands
- Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and media buyers
- Use AI tools to increase speed, iteration, and creative output
This role is a good fit if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Have worked on performance-driven assets (ads, emails, landing pages)
- Understand conversion principles (visual hierarchy, CTAs, above-the-fold)
- Are comfortable designing both static and video creatives
- Can move fast, take feedback well, and iterate quickly
- Are fluent in Spanish and English
- Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple brands
- Use (or are willing to use) AI tools in your design workflow
Tools you’ll work with:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva
- Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus)
- Omnisend or similar email platforms
- Slack, Asana, Loom
This role is not a fit if you:
- Only have print or branding experience without e-commerce work
- Do not work with video or motion graphics
- Prioritize aesthetics over performance
- Struggle with deadlines, feedback, or communication
- Are not open to using data or AI tools to improve your work
Expected monthly output:
- 4–8 email templates or flows
- 8–16 email campaign designs
- 20–30 static ad creatives
- 10–20 video or motion creatives
- 2–3 landing pages
- Additional assets as needed
Output increases as more brands are added. Strong performers may grow into lead or team management roles over time.
Location & structure:
- Fully remote
- Open to candidates based in Latin America
- Reports to the Growth Marketing Manager
- Works closely with marketing, copy, and media buying teams
