This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize high-impact Google Ads campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment. You will manage complex e-commerce advertising initiatives, focusing on driving traffic, conversions, and ROI. Accountabilities

  • Strategically design, manage, and continuously optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and target high-value, niche opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and refine bidding strategies to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Initiate innovative approaches based on predictive analytics and current trends to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Take ownership of high-stakes projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns in a high-volume e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Strong track record of driving significant traffic, high conversions, and measurable ROI across global campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including ROI calculations, performance data interpretation, and strategy optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering insights, feedback, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous self-development mindset, keeping up to date with Google Ads trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
