As part of our growth in the LATAM region, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our most strategic client relationships. This is a high-impact role focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, executing strategic agreements, and delivering long-term value to enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts generating $2–3M in total revenue, with individual accounts exceeding $500K and potential of $2M+.
Build relationships with both end users and resellers, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones through account penetration and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and execute an annual sales plan to exceed revenue goals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and implement complex agreements, aligning Grainger’s value proposition with each client’s business objectives.
Lead the customer onboarding and implementation process, ensuring full alignment with contractual expectations.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer operations, product teams, and senior stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies.
Drive measurable growth through demand creation, insight-based selling, and continuous performance tracking.
Requierements
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5–7 years of B2B sales experience, with proven success managing high-value accounts and delivering structured value propositions.
Expertise in:
