The Procurement Manager Hispam, reporting to the Regional CFO, is responsible for leading local procurement operations and ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role includes managing supplier relationships and ensuring alignment with Group procurement policies.

🚀 Your next challenge

a. Operational Procurement Management

• Oversee purchasing for local goods and services, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Process purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract administration accurately.
• Support implementation of Group procurement tools and monitor purchasing activities for improvements.

b. Local Supplier Relationship Management

• Manage relationships with local suppliers, monitor performance, and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance and support supplier performance discussions.

c. Contract Negotiation and Administration

• Lead contract negotiations and maintain records of supplier agreements.
• Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and ethical standards.

d. Compliance, Governance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and manage related risks.
• Support audits and maintain documentation for transparency.

e. Internal Collaboration and Procurement Support

• Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and prioritize procurement.
• Provide procurement reports and support change management initiatives.

🌟 You’re a match

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 5–7 years in procurement, with managerial experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
