Job Summary

As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Toptal’s growth by being the end-to-end owner of a new, high-impact business line. You will leverage your commercial and entrepreneurial experience to build the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to ensure the success of the business measured by revenue growth and pipeline health. You will optimize supply and demand while achieving operational efficiency.

Expectations in the First Year

• Onboard and learn Toptal’s business model.
• Conduct market research and partner closely with Marketing to validate opportunities.
• Execute the go-to-market strategy, showing material growth in revenue and pipeline.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred. You should have over 10 years of experience in business management and P&L ownership.
