Role Profile

Join the Site Safety Improvement Programme at University Hospital Hairmyres (UHH) in a Senior Leadership role focusing on developing an Integrated Discharge Hub with the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

Key Objectives

• Provide senior leadership and collaborate with health teams.
• Establish a clear plan with milestones for implementing the Integrated Discharge Hub.
• Evaluate improvement cycles to inform future phases of a Pan-Lanarkshire model.

What We Need

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, extensive senior management experience in health services, and a strong understanding of health and social care agendas.

Contract Type

This is a fixed-term or secondment role for 6 months, full-time at 37 hours. Candidates interested in secondment must have prior agreement from their line manager.

Location

The role is based at University Hospital Hairmyres within the Integrated Discharge Hub.
