UNICEF is looking for a Fundraising Officer at the NO-B level in Santiago, Chile. This position focuses on enhancing donor retention and diversifying income streams.

Your Impact

The Fundraising Officer will work under the supervision of the Fundraising Specialist to develop strategies for donor engagement and retention while supporting broader initiatives in advocacy and child rights.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement growth marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize donor journeys.
• Support the development of the Legacy Giving program.

Qualifications

A university degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in donor engagement and retention. Fluency in English and Spanish is also necessary.
